COR (Contracting Officer) Technician

MUST:
Experienced Mid COR (Contracting Officer) Technician
Active Top Secret required
5 years of experience
Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and historical data points.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for program management and acquisition-based requirements and it's enabling services.
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in resolving multifaceted or critical time-sensitive issues. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies to solve issues
Bachelor's degree required
DUTIES:
Supports COR/ACOR in the pre, post and closeout of contract files.
Attends meetings with COR/ACOR for the designated contract.
Maintains general cognizance of the contractor's technical efforts and progress.
Supports COR/ACOR in documenting issues in the COR/ACOR contract file to ensure mutual understanding.
Provides support in maintaining the COR/ACOR file, documenting significant actions, and retaining copies of trip reports, correspondence, and reports or deliverables received under the contract.
Supports COR in capturing correspondence with COR/ACOR and contractor to include memoranda of any significant verbal discussions.
Advises the COR/ACOR of any problems affecting the cost, schedule, or technical performance of the contract.
Aids in review and filing of invoices and maintenance of burn charts. If the COR/ACOR is unavailable, will continue to perform these duties in support of the CO and their contract oversight duties
