Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist to join our Treasury team! The primary responsibilities of the position includes serving as a primary support partner for multiple relationship managers/officers and commercial clients. Responsible for assisting with daily client-facing duties, including but not limited to, opening of deposit accounts, analyzing and identifying client service needs, cross-sell opportunities, and solving service issues. This position is critical toward building, maintaining, and deepening client relationships; sometimes acting as primary contact for clients. This includes, but is not limited to, processing transactions, placing customers in appropriate products/services, account research and immediate problem resolution.
Ideal candidates will have a college diploma or equivalent experience of 2 plus years of banking experience, strong computer skills with a focus on Excel worksheets, using multiple data sources, and pivot tables, obtain excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize work tasks based on customer needs. Along with the ability to identify process improvements, recognize and react quickly to problems.
