Quad City Bank & Trust is hiring for a Receptionist to join our team. This position will primarily be responsible for providing a positive first impression of Quad City Bank & Trust by greeting and assisting all customers, suppliers, and visitors. Professionally answers incoming calls from clients and assists with their banking questions. Supports Retail department with administrative and operational tasks.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently. Must have excellent customer service skills to deal effectively with visitors/customers in person or on the telephone.
