What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller Supervisor - Bauer position at Quad City Bank & Trust?
Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Teller Supervisor to join our team! This position is under limited supervision and following Teller guidelines and procedures, ensures appropriate supervision and training of assigned Tellers as well as performing all Teller functions. Upholds a positive image of the Bank by demonstrating a responsible and professional manner and providing excellent client service.
Ideal candidates will have a high school degree or equivalent. Previous teller and supervisory experience required. Computer skills, including profiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and requires long periods of standing.
