Visual Art Teacher

Position Title:QRMHS Visual Arts Teacher Reports to:School Principal Primary Function:Teach Various Art Classes including Foundations in Art, Creative Expressions, AP Art, Ceramics, Digital Photography, 7th and 8th Grade Art Funded by:District Budget Qualifications:Massachusetts License in Visual Arts (5-12) Classical drawing training A strong aesthetic of the elements and principles of art and design Responsibilities: •Classical drawing training •A strong aesthetic of the elements and principles of art and design •Use effective instructional strategies to teach all students •Plan and delivers the standard-based curriculum •Use a variety of assessments to track and report student progress •Work collaboratively with colleagues •Complete all required paperwork and reports in a thorough and timely manner Salary:As per agreement between Quaboag Regional School District and the Quaboag Education Association Closing date for applications: Open until filled Start Date:August 28, 2026 Apply to:John Diorio, Principal Quaboag Regional Middle High School 284 Old West Brookfield Road Warren, MA 01083
