Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest and set appointments
- Engage in B2B sales conversations with decision-makers, demonstrating effective negotiation skills
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage follow-ups
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are confirmed and prepared for
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions, providing excellent customer service
- Support marketing initiatives by following up on inbound inquiries and nurturing potential leads
- Develop business relationships through consistent outreach, contributing to overall business development goals
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling within a technology or B2B sales environment
