Leads Olympia is seeking experienced commission-based Appointment Setters to prospect and book qualified meetings with business owners and decision-makers. This is a 1099 independent contractor role ideal for self-driven professionals who excel at outbound prospecting and relationship-based conversations.
Your responsibility is to generate interest, qualify prospects, and book strategy calls for our sales team. No closing is required.
- $250 per client that closes from meetings you book
- $100 per recurring order from active clients you bring in

- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently without supervision
