Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter is responsible for scheduling appointments, generating leads, and maintaining clear communication with prospective and current clients. This role includes engaging with potential customers, managing schedules for sales representatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through excellent customer service practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience with Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
- STRONG COMMUNICATION and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
