The Job
- Act as the point of contact between potential study participants and the research team ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up to date candidate files.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and other departments to optimize scheduling.
- Provide excellent service to potential study participants.
- Work closely with the recruitment coordinators to align on scheduling availability.
- Monitor and manage the Clinical Conductor system daily.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- College/University degree in related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Health Administration) a plus
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in recruitment or customer service role, preferably in healthcare, clinical or research setting
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional telephone skills.
- A bilingual person in English and Spanish is preferred.
