Entry Level Recruitment Consultant
Miami, Brickell | Full-Time | In-Office

Our Miami office is growing, and we are hiring entry level Recruitment Consultants who want a career with clear progression, strong earnings, and daily training. Every manager at Lumicity started in this role.
What You Will Do
You will learn how to run a full recruitment desk. You will build a network of candidates, partner with hiring managers, and manage the full hiring process from outreach to placement.
Daily Responsibilities
- Source and interview candidates in your technical market
- Learn hiring needs directly from clients and recommend qualified talent
- Manage outreach, interviews, offers, and placements
- Track your metrics to improve weekly output
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Work closely with your team and participate in office training sessions

- Proven achievement in academics, athletics, work, or personal goals
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sales, targets, and financial reward
- Competitive mindset and ability to stay consistent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Recruiting experience is not required. We train you from day one.
Compensation and Benefits
- First-year OTE: 75,000 to 95,000
- Second-year OTE: 120,000 to 140,000
- $40,000 base salary with uncapped commission
- Clear promotion path with defined expectations
