Superintendent – Office Tenant Improvements (TI)/Warehouses

We’re hiring an experienced Superintendent – Office TI to lead Class A office tenant improvements and corporate interior projects across the DFW market. This is a field leadership role for someone who knows how to run fast-paced interior build-outs, manage multiple trades, and deliver high-quality finishes in occupied and unoccupied office environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day on-site construction for office TI projects
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
- Review and execute work per plans, specs, and schedules
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget
- Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
- Interface with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Manage punch lists, inspections, and project closeout
- Maintain daily reports and documentation using Procore or similar tools

What We’re Looking For
- 7 years experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Strong background in office TI / interior build-outs
- Experience managing projects from $250K–$10M
- Solid understanding of construction means & methods
- Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience
