What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Marketing Coordinator position at QPS Employment Group?
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support regional sales and marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on trade show coordination, sales support, and material management. This is an in‑person, temp‑to‑hire role working closely with a regional team of 5–6 people, along with Marketing and Leadership.
Travel is minimal (0–5%) and primarily related to trade shows. Social media management is handled by a third‑party agency; this position provides coordination support only.
What You’ll Do
Trade Shows & Events
- Coordinate trade show logistics including registration, shipping, booth setup, and follow‑up
- Support regional and representative‑led events
- Work with vendors, venues, and internal teams
- Manage event calendars, deadlines, and inventory
- Take event photos for marketing use
Sales Support
- Assist with sales campaigns, materials, and timelines
- Support regional sales representatives with administrative coordination
- Maintain CRM and rep firm contact data
- Use NetSuite, Trimble TraSer, and ConstructConnect to track opportunities
- Support leadership with presentations, Lunch & Learns, and reports
Marketing Coordination
- Manage sales and marketing collateral inventory
- Coordinate production of brochures, catalogs, and promotional items
- Gather and organize content for digital and print use
- Assist with email campaigns and CRM updates
- Coordinate website updates with internal and external partners
Internal Events
- Help plan employee events, celebrations, and team activities
- Coordinate venues, catering, and logistics
Reporting & Data
- Track trade show performance and lead activity
- Maintain organized records of events and marketing assets
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Ability to read and write in English or Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of inside sales or related experience
- 1–2 years of experience with office software systems
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Trade show or event coordination experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, in‑person environment

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
