Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for Dynamics NAV 2016 across departments.
- Assist in the planning and rollout of D365 Business Central.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and deliver user support and training.
- Collaborate with teams to align business processes with ERP workflows.
- Develop SQL reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and integrations.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2016 or later).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business operations.
- Eagerness to learn and work with Business Central.
- Experience with SQL, AL, or EDI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
