Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project Manager III to lead large-scale, cross-functional real estate and construction initiatives within an enterprise portfolio management environment. In this role, you will partner directly with executive sponsors and stakeholders, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide solutions. You will drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule, while applying best practices in project management methodologies, agile frameworks, and change management.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at executive-level communication, and consistently delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex enterprise real estate and construction projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
- Partner with C-Suite and senior leaders to define objectives, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop project plans, define roles and responsibilities, and manage cross-functional, matrixed project teams.
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through concise reporting, status updates, and executive-level presentations.
- Drive consensus across teams and influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
- Promote adoption of project management best practices and mentor junior project managers.
- Ensure effective change control, risk management, and continuous improvement through lessons learned.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders and foster a collaborative, customer-focused project culture.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of hands-on project management experience, with a strong focus on real estate and construction projects in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Minimum 5 years managing mid-to-large scale construction projects, including budgets, costs, and schedules.
- PMP certification strongly preferred; Scrum Master certification a plus.
- Expertise in project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Hybrid).
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, MS Office Suite, Visio); experience with Procore is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and time management skills with the ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities.
