Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and maintain desktop engineering solutions using industry best practices.
- Manage full project life cycle including planning, scheduling, resource management, and implementation.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows 11 and IoT environments, ensuring system stability and security.
- Support endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Group Policy Administration, and Dell Wyse Management System.
- Develop scripts and queries using PowerShell, Python, SQL, Splunk, and Windows Query Language for automation and reporting.
- Work with ServiceNow for request, incident, change, and asset management activities.
- Conduct research and implement new tools, technologies, and system enhancements to support business needs.
- Document processes, configurations, and system modifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable solutions that align with organizational goals.
- 1-5 years of experience in desktop engineering or IT infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Group Policy Administration.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, and SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11, Windows IoT, and Dell ThinOS environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL processes (incident, change, request, and asset management).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
