As a Desktop Support Technician III, you will deliver advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless system performance in a mission-focused environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including mobile device management and cloud services, while supporting essential defense initiatives.
