Role Overview
The VP – BI & Data Engineering will lead Client’s enterprise data strategy by overseeing data engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics platforms, and data products. You will partner with clinical, operational, financial, and product stakeholders to ensure robust data delivery, insight generation, and data-driven decision making across the organization.
This is a senior leadership role with accountability for building and scaling teams, designing an enterprise-grade BI and analytics ecosystem, and driving measurable business value through data.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years in Data Engineering / BI / Analytics, with 3–5 years in leadership
- Strong experience with data pipelines, data warehousing/lakehouse architectures
- Hands-on exposure to SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks (Azure/AWS preferred)
- BI tools: Power BI / Tableau / Qlik
- Experience delivering executive dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics
- Healthcare data experience (clinical, claims, operational) is a big plus
