Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Banking Domain expertise to join our team in Pittsburgh or Dallas. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements and delivering solutions for banking and financial services initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and product owners.
Support banking projects related to Retail Banking, Payments, Lending, and Compliance.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate UAT testing and validate business functionality.
Ensure adherence to banking regulations and standards.
Participate in Agile/Scrum project delivery.
Required Skills:
10 years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong Banking / Financial Services domain knowledge.
Experience in one or more areas:
Retail Banking
Commercial Banking
Loans / Mortgage
Payments (ACH, Wire, SWIFT)
KYC / AML
Risk & Compliance
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
