What You’ll Do
- Lead project management activities across tech transfer, PPQ readiness, commercialization, and supply continuity.
- Build and manage integrated project schedules, dependencies, risks, and action logs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (technical, quality, supply chain, external partners).
- Support batch execution, documentation flow, shipment planning, and issue resolution.
- Maintain dashboards, metrics, and governance reporting.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, tech transfer, or project management
- Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills
- Experience building and managing complex project plans
- Problem‑solving mindset with RCA/CAPA exposure
