What You’ll Do
- Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, effective learning experiences.
- Maintain version control and ensure all training materials are current and accurate.
- Work closely with digital, project, and functional teams to understand training needs.
- Regularly review and update content to reflect system updates, process changes, and user feedback.
- Gather feedback from users and trainers to continuously improve materials.
- Extensive experience in training content development / instructional design
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies
- Proven ability to create high-quality training materials for systems or enterprise tools
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, digestible content
