QCR Holdings has an opening for a Digital Quality Assurance Specialist I. This position can be located in any of our current markets, or remote will be considered as well. The Digital Banking Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for verifying the accuracy of maintenance completed by the Digital Banking Specialists, Treasury Management, and the Bank Solutions Technology Product Managers. This role is vital in ensuring accuracy of the work performed within the department.
This person will provide a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers, vendors, and bank personnel.
Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in finance/ accounting or equivalent combination of commercial online banking support experience and/or education is required. At least 2-4 years' experience in a banking environment or similar financial institution is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to utilize effective oral and written communication skills and etiquette is required. Strong computer skills, as well as strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are also required. Experience in writing formal procedural and training documentation and materials is beneficial. Knowledge of NACHA Rules and Regulations is beneficial. Familiarity with commercial banking products and services and rely on experience and judgment to see plans/projects through to execution within required timelines is preferred.
