What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller-CRBT position at QCR Holdings, Inc.?
QCR Holdings is looking for a Controller to join our team! This position will record, monitor, analyze, and report all financial information for Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust ("CRBT") including various subsidiaries and the consolidated CRBT entity in accordance with GAAP to management, investors, creditors, and board members. This position will be responsible for providing relevant, reliable, and timely financial information to all users in a consistent manner, while maintaining the highest ethical standards and modeling our core values of: Passion, Innovation, Collaboration, Achievement, Accountability, and Inclusion.
This position will serve as a key resource to the CRBT Management Team, as well as a member of QCRH's Group Operations ("GO") Accounting Department.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. CPA designation highly desirable along with three to five years of experience in public accounting or in accounting within the financial institution industry.
