Is this you?
- Have 3 years in a machine shop as a CNC Machinist?
- Set up and run complex jobs without supervision?
- Comfortable on Fanuc, Okuma, Haas, and similar controls?
- Fluent in blueprint reading and GD&T, with strong shop math?
- Capable of making safe, effective program edits at the machine?
- Know your way around steels, aluminums, castings, forgings—and even exotic alloys?
- Reliable teammate with excellent communication who doesn’t mind overtime when requested?
- Own your tools and take pride in maintaining them?
- End‑to‑end setups on CNC mills and lathes; dial in offsets and tooling.
- Run first articles and in‑process inspections to meet GD&T callouts.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to hit schedule and spec.
- Make confident program changes at the machining centers.
- Apply optimal speeds/feeds for diverse materials, including superalloys.
- Lean manufacturing principles exposure.
- Six Sigma methodologies familiarity.
- General awareness of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems.
