CNC Machinist Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Certified Operator preferred.
- 3 years of CNC machining experience and 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments, inspection tools, and quality gauges.
- Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

CNC Machinist Job Duties:
- Operate CNC and laser cutting machines to produce precision metal parts from blueprints and work instructions.
- Load materials, tooling, and programs, perform tool changeovers, and monitor machine performance.
- Inspect, measure, and deburr finished parts to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Perform routine machine checks, record production data, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area while supporting Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
