Q-Lab Corporation is currently seeking a Field & Facilities Manager in Homestead, FL. This position will be responsible for all operations related to outdoor exposures. This covers maintenance and upkeep of the field, exposure turnaround times (with coordination with Check-In), the quality and accuracy of exposures, oversight of Special Projects and the Weather Station. In addition to this, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving and the maintenance, organization and upkeep of the building and grounds.

Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily activities of the field staff
- Review appropriate standards and ensure they are properly followed
- Oversee new exposures, especially difficult or special exposures
- Ensure that the daily work tasks are completed efficiently
- Ensure field checks are being performed correctly and consistently
- Manage Special Projects
- Monitor and maintain the Weather Station
- Record data from the Weather Station and/or data loggers
- Ensure customer data reports are generated in a timely manner
- Oversee the field
- Record data from the weather station
- Consolidate similar exposure types, same customer, etc. and to conserve space
- Lead the search for any misplaced panels
- Act as a team leader in the event of hurricane prep
- Maintain the integrity of ongoing exposures
- Coordinate rack maintenance and necessary replacement or expansion
- Supervise temporary labor for field work, as necessary
- Plan and manage the activities of the lawn care technician
- Manage shipping and Receiving
- Supervise and assist the shipping Department, as needed
- Act as a direct back-up within shipping and receiving whenever necessary
- Oversight of the facility
- Inventory, control, store, and secure tools and exposure hardware
- Supervise repair and maintenance of power tools and field vehicles
- Other tasks as necessary
- Mechanical experience, especially with simple design and build-out
- Supervisory experience, especially with a diverse team
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation
- Experience and skill with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Accounting and Inventory Tracking software
- Strong Spanish communication skills, especially useful with temp or outside laborers
- Customer Service experience – both written and spoken
