- No catheters
- No I/Vs/Ports/Midlines
- Our Nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab who does them)
- There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc.
- No paper MAR's - - we have active eMAR
- Properly communicates and guides LPN’s in client care responsibilities and assignments
- Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
- Medication administration
- Knowledge and delivery of withdraw management protocols where applicable
- Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol where applicable
- Provide medication education to clients
- Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
- Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
- Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours
- Other duties as assigned.
- Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions, as applicable
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Apply knowledge and delivery of detox protocols
- Conduct COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients, adhering to protocol
- Provide medication education to clients
- Coordinate and support Medical providers with assessments and medication management appointments
- Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; uphold confidentiality and proper boundaries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
- Awareness and understanding of regulating bodies such as CARF, Office of Mental Health, DDAP, RTFA
