Responsibilities
- Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs.
- Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) onboarding trainings and other trainings as needed.
- Test and review onboarding and training materials.
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy.
- Remain informed on organizational policies and procedures; able to answer questions from trainees during sessions.
- Participate in work groups and engage in performance improvement of our organization.
- Conduct competency evaluations for the Behavioral Health Technicians.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol treatment setting preferred.
