Weekend and Weekday Shifts Available
Deliverables/Principal Results Expected
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred.

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected
- Explain and sign admission paperwork;
- Process and copy driver’s license/insurance information;
- Create/start client treatment file.
- Contact Probation/Parole/Employer if needed for the client and assist in obtaining a letter for admission/discharge.
- Facilitate the admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed.
- Maintain paperwork, notes, and application statuses as required for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements.
- Conduct level of care assessments on all clients.
- Complete aftercare goals with detox-only clients, set up aftercare, and complete discharge summaries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
