Salary: $53,000 – $56,000 annually

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Adult Co-Occurring Clinician to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team. This role involves facilitating daytime therapy groups, conducting individual and family sessions, and supporting adults in our co-occurring program with personalized care. Clinicians work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure consistent, high-quality care and client engagement in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daytime PHP therapy groups for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment goals.
• Complete clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other clinicians, case managers, and psychiatric providers to support coordinated care.
• Participate in weekly team treatment meetings, insurance reviews, and staff supervision.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for all clients.
• Support program coordination, including scheduling and managing group topics relevant to client needs.
• Uphold ethical and professional boundaries at all times.
  
  

Required

Education & Experience Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Completion of a clinical-based internship or practicum
