At Pyramid Healthcare New River Valley Inpatient in Radford, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Hourly Rate: $17-$20/hour (based on education/experience)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support of admissions process by verifying all consents are signed and admissions processes are completed for each admission
• Conducts client and family orientation with primary therapist
• Provides case management services to include coordinating transportation needs, providing referral and aftercare provider contact, addressing outside provider needs, facilitating groups to support clinical services provided
• Collaborate with referral sources for assessments throughout treatment as needed
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure client engagement in appointments/aftercare planning
• Ensuring each client has an aftercare plan developed in collaboration with the treatment team/referral sources/funding sources
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Education, Licensure, & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field; minimum of 2 years of post degree, direct care experience with population services
• Bachelor’s degree in a non-human services related field; minimum of 4 years of post degree, direct care experience with the population served.
