- Manage all front-of-house operations for the assigned outlet, including service delivery, staffing, and guest relations.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with Dellshire Resort service standards, health and safety regulations, and sanitation policies.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve service concerns promptly, and ensure personalized attention to every guest.
- Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and culinary team to deliver seamless service, menu execution, and presentation consistency.
- Manage daily labor, scheduling, and payroll in accordance with forecasted business levels and budget goals.
- Oversee card handling, POS procedures, and inventory control for food, supplies, and equipment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, reinforcing service priorities and resort-wide communications.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability within the outlets.
- Assist with development and execution of promotions, special events, and seasonal experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests and staff alike.
- Support the Director of Operations with departmental reporting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant or food & beverage leadership experience in a full-service or resort environment.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Exceptional guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and labor planning.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ServSafe or TIPS certification preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
