Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Gross - 1586 (Based on completion of 36 hours a week)
- Per-Diem – Inclusive of Meals, Incidentals & Lodging
- $936 / week
- Schedule: 6:45a-7:15p Call, Weekends, holidays, No BLOCK scheduling.
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments
- Assist surgeons during operative procedures
- Anticipate surgical team needs and ensure proper instrumentation
- Handle and prepare surgical instruments and supplies
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards
- Support turnover between cases efficiently in a high-volume OR
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
- Travel experience required
- Level 1 Trauma experience required
- Strong skills competency and high clinical performance ratings
- Burn experience preferred
- Experience in high-acuity, fast-paced hospital settings
- Ability to handle complex and emergency surgical cases
