Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Production support for Microsoft SQL Server and Redis
- Managing change control processes
- Handling database installations, access management, and maintenance
- Supporting systems post go-live (steady-state operations)
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Working within enterprise support frameworks (incident, problem, change management)
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Microsoft SQL Server, Redis, SQL Server administration
- 7 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (DBA)
- 3 years of experience with Redis
- Strong experience in SQL Server administration (backup, recovery, performance tuning, security, patching)
- Prior experience in production support environments
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow
- Ability to operate in structured, process-driven environments
