PR Coordinator

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a temporary PR Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. This assignment will start as soon as January 5th and continue up to one year. The candidate is expected to work a 9am-6pm, 5 days per week in-office schedule.

Job Duties Include:

• Assist the U.S. PR team with sample trafficking for editorial, celebrity, and influencer initiatives.
• Upload and manage the U.S. sample set within Fashion GPS.
• Coordinate with international PR teams regarding communications and sample needs for U.S.-based international shoots.
• Support the PR Specialist with product logistics, including messenger services, FedEx, UPS, and domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor print, digital, and social media coverage.
• Clip press and compile coverage reports for submission to HQ.
• Assist with celebrity dressing pulls, special projects, and events.
• Maintain organization of the PR closet and showroom.
• Assist the PR Director with seasonal inventorying of all samples and track new sample arrivals from seasonal buys.
• Maintain regular communication with the global Communications teams, including Europe HQ, to ensure accurate and timely sample deliveries.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Internship experience in a similar role at a fashion brand, PR firm, or magazine.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Passion for the luxury industry.
• Knowledge of Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics) and Lefty is a plus.

Salary: $26/hr
