Part-Time Sales Associate

Our client, a luxury bedding brand, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join the team at their store location in Shrewsbury. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Create elevated experiences for clients through the in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation program
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
• Act as an ambassador for company values
• Ensure the selling environment is customer ready at all times
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store by performing tasks including dusting, vacuuming, steaming, and ensuring shared areas are regularly cleaned and well-stocked
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 1 year of retail sales experience (or comparable industry -equivalent experience and transferable skills will also be considered)
• Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques
• Must be able to stand for duration of shift, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation
• A positive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Must be able to travel to offsite home design consultants as needed

Salary: $22 - $24/hr bonus
