Job Duties Include
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, elevated service approach
- Provide sales and service support to the boutique team
- Support daily operations including inventory organization, shipment processing, stock handling, and cycle counts
- Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues professionally
- Additional duties as assigned
- 1 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable with basic technology, inventory processes, and cash handling
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and stand for duration of shift
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
