Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Building Operations Specialist to support their distribution and operations team in Dayton, NJ. This role will support workforce coordination, reporting, and day-to-day administrative operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Duties Include
- Maintain employee rosters, staffing records, and workforce tracking documentation
- Monitor attendance, shift assignments, onboarding, transfers, and employee status updates
- Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and operational trackers
- Prepare weekly and monthly workforce and operational reports
- Support scheduling coordination and daily administrative activities
- Maintain records related to vendor visits, maintenance activities, and service requests
- Assist with facilities coordination, work order tracking, and operational projects
- Support event setup, logistics coordination, and general office operations as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
- Strong Excel and data entry skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in operations, workforce administration, facilities, logistics, warehouse support, or a related field preferred
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
