Luxury Retail Recruiter (East)

Pyramid Consulting Group partners with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Recruiter to support a diverse portfolio of retail, corporate retail, and experiential opportunities nationwide.

The ideal candidate is based in NYC or LA, understands the expectations and nuances of the luxury market, and has a strong network of high-caliber talent. This person is polished, highly resourceful, relationship-driven, and passionate about connecting exceptional candidates with leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for luxury retail and experiential roles, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Identify and engage high-caliber talent through direct sourcing, professional networking, referrals, industry relationships, and targeted research.
• Conduct thoughtful candidate interviews to assess experience, capabilities, presentation, brand alignment, and long-term career goals.
• Partner closely with clients and internal teams to understand each brand’s culture, hiring needs, expectations, and compensation parameters.
• Present qualified candidates with polished, accurate, and compelling summaries.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of luxury retail talent for current and future opportunities nationwide.
• Develop lasting relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted career partner throughout the recruitment process and beyond.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and client activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about luxury retail trends, market activity, talent movement, and competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment experience within luxury fashion, beauty, retail, hospitality, or another high-touch consumer sector is required.
• An established network of luxury retail talent is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and placing candidates in a competitive, fast-moving market.
• Strong understanding of the service standards, presentation, discretion, and attention to detail expected within the luxury industry.
• Highly polished communicator with exceptional relationship-building and follow-through skills.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related business applications.

Compensation: $70K - $80K base salary commission.
