Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through online recruiting platforms and talent databases
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Post and maintain job openings across various recruiting channels
- Support pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background check processes
- Assist with candidate outreach, talent pipelining, and LinkedIn sourcing efforts
- Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring workflows within ATS systems
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to keep searches moving efficiently
- Provide administrative support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Internship experience or 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
- Strong interest in building a career within recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience sourcing candidates and supporting interview coordination preferred
- Professional communication skills with the confidence to interact with business leaders and senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
