Associate eCommerce Operations Manager

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking an Associate eCommerce Operations Manager to support digital commerce performance and ensure a seamless online customer experience. This hybrid role in NYC will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, manage key vendor relationships, optimize fulfillment processes, and leverage data-driven insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey from purchase through delivery and returns
• Oversee order management, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service workflows
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external technology, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service partners
• Support platform enhancements, system integrations, testing, and ongoing operational improvements
• Maintain accuracy of product, pricing, inventory, and customer data across e-commerce systems
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to sales, fulfillment, customer experience, and operational performance
• Develop reports and business insights to support leadership decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, finance, retail, technology, and operations teams
• Manage vendor performance, address operational issues, and drive timely resolutions
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall customer experience
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, service standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

Role Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital commerce, or related business functions
• Luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer products industry experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and digital operations processes
• Experience supporting fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and logistics operations
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving abilities and experience driving operational improvements
• Experience collaborating with external vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a premium consumer experience
• Ability to travel as needed for business requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  
  

Salary: $90K
