Our client, a textiles company, is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join their team in a hybrid capacity at Rockville Centre, NY. The ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is a team player who can work solo and, on a team, and has the ability to manage projects with little supervision when necessary.

Job Duties Include
- Order processing and management
- Project management
- Sales Representative Assistance
- Create and build client relationships
- Manage key accounts
- Provide timely replies to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns
- 2 years of experience with B2B customer service, ideally within textiles or similar industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with all types of clients
- Experience with an ERP system and Salesforce
- Strong Excel skills
- Interest or experience with textiles, interiors, or design
