This full-time, on-site role is responsible for supporting warehouse technology systems and daily distribution operations, to ensure efficient inventory and order fulfillment activities.

Responsibilities
- Support daily WMS operations and resolve system issues.
- Monitor WMS-ERP integrations and troubleshoot transaction discrepancies.
- Support inventory reconciliation, transaction accuracy, and order processing activities
- Serve as a key resource for system configuration, functionality, and process best practices
- Create user documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training as needed
- Analyze warehouse workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Generate operational reports and insights related to inventory, productivity, and performance metrics
- Support data imports, exports, system testing, and ongoing application enhancements
- Assist with troubleshooting warehouse technology including scanners, printers, workstations, and related hardware
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support system performance and ongoing projects
- Maintain documentation, issue tracking, and preventative maintenance processes
- 2 years of experience supporting warehouse management systems, supply chain applications, or distribution technology environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Experience with WMS platforms, inventory management, and warehouse operations processes
- Knowledge of system integrations, data management, and operational workflows within a distribution environment
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting warehouse hardware including RF scanners, printers, and end-user devices preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work onsite five days per week.
