Job Responsibilities
- Own recurring reporting and analytics for client care performance across key operational metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for cross-functional teams
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and operational decision-making
- Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and data accuracy
- Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and support analytics initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through optimization, automation, or emerging technologies
- Support ongoing process improvements and ad hoc analytical requests
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of experience in analytics, operations, or insights-driven roles
- Experience working with client care, service operations, or contact center data preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, or similar analytics tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights
- Comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in optimization, automation, and data-driven process improvement
