Location: Las Vegas (In-Office Field)
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000/year
Reports To: GM of Construction
We are a fast-growing construction and remodeling services company looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Construction Project Manager to lead and manage multiple renovation projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage crews and subcontractors effectively, and communicates clearly with both the field team and clients.
- Manage 4–5 full renovation projects at a time (one crew per project)
- Act as the bridge between office and field operations
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards
- Provide regular updates and reports to the GM of Construction
- Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Identify and solve issues proactively on job sites
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Prior construction project management experience (renovations preferred)
- Strong leadership and accountability in managing crews
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt in a growing company
