PWM Services is hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our construction and operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a fast-paced construction and real estate company.
- Tag transactions and assist with bookkeeping (P&Ls, overhead, bills)
- Organize invoices and maintain property folders in Google Drive
- Order materials and maintain material lists
- Update reports, task trackers, and scheduling logs
- Manage emails, utilities, and vendor coordination
- Support project documentation and renderings
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
- 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
- Strong opportunity for growth into operations, project coordination, or accounting roles
- Hands-on experience in a growing construction and real estate company
- Work closely with a fast-paced, high-performing team
