Gold Road Inc. is a growing mining company focused on the restart and development of our underground gold operation in Oatman, Arizona. We are building a disciplined, high-performing team grounded in strong systems, operational excellence, and a people-first culture.
This role is a key point of leverage within the organization. You will help ensure that administrative and transactional work is handled efficiently, allowing technical and operational leaders to stay focused on higher-value activities.
This is a Full-time position based at the mine site in Oatman, Arizona.
Administrative & Office Support
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general office coordination
· Coordinate site visits, including logistics and scheduling
· Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for site leadership
· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Accounting & Transactional Support
· Digitize invoices and supporting documentation
· Facilitate electronic approval workflows
· Assist with maintaining organized financial records
· Support data entry and document management in accounting systems
Workforce & HR Coordination
· Capture and track employee hours (timesheets)
· Track completion of employee onboarding, training, and orientations
· Maintain employee-related administrative records
Safety & Compliance Administration
· Maintain and file safety and compliance documentation
· Track regulatory and compliance requirements (including ADEQ scheduling)
· Support audit readiness through organized recordkeeping
Supply Chain & Inventory Support
· Obtain quotes for supplies and services
· Order supplies and coordinate deliveries
· Monitor inventory levels and track reorder requirements
· Maintain vendor records and documentation
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Comfort working with digital systems and document management tools
· Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
· Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (industrial, mining, or construction environments considered an asset)
· Experience supporting accounting or payroll processes
· Familiarity with safety or regulatory compliance documentation
· Experience in a site-based or industrial environment

Compensation: $22 - $28 per hour commensurate with experience
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
