What You’ll Do as a Frontier Customer Associate:
- Provide exceptional customer service to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions
- Drive sales by recommending products that meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
- Engage with customers across various channels—phone, email, and in-person—to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Work closely with the team to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Track customer interactions, document all transactions, and maintain organized records for future follow-up
- Manage and resolve customer complaints quickly, professionally, and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities
- Assist with product recommendations and promotions, contributing to team sales goals
What We’re Looking For in Our Frontier Customer Associates:
- A sales-oriented attitude and passion for helping customers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining high customer service standards
