We are actively seeking a Senior Network Engineer – III for an upcoming proposal supporting programs at the Indiana Intelligence Center and JFHQ Indiana National Guard, Indianapolis, IN, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN and/or MuTC, Butlerville, IN. All are U.S. Government facilities. As needed work may be performed at various locations within the Continental United States (CONUS) locations at the Government’s discretion. Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) travel or work requirements are not anticipated.

- Lead efforts concerning planning, development, implementation, problem resolution, and administration of MACC-TEE networks.
- Serve as a technical expert concerning network system policy and planning including the development of policies, and short and long-range planning.
- Make recommendations on proposed Network Systems Engineering based on knowledge of existing capabilities and analysis of alternatives.
- Define future focus by participating in the development of the various roadmaps and technology strategies to solve complex problems..
- Exercise responsibility for assignments pertaining to the strategic goals, policy, and planning requirements for the program.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity, or Information Management or related discipline, or the minimum experience listed below. The Contractor shall meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the configuration and operation of cyber range or computer test bed environments.
- The Contractor shall possess expertise in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs utilizing bare metal and virtualized systems.
- Experience providing enterprise network engineering and support for a distributed test range facility to include creating and planning policies and procedures.
- Experience working with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless technologies to support the MuTC Wireless Network. The Contractor shall possess experience configuring and managing DoD nodes, such as the Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) node among others.
- Security Clearance: Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Signature of Letter of Intent.
