Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, especially in the mortar machine market, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support. - Hands-on training and demoing of machines
- Main focus is S-5, SP-11 and SP-25 machines and fireproofing & mortar markets
- Identify potential clients in the construction sector.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Highlight the benefits and features of shotcrete and mortar machines.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide technical assistance and training to clients on machine operation and maintenance.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes and close sales effectively.
- Gather and report feedback from clients to improve product offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in shotcrete and mortar machines.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Additional tasks as assigned
- 1-3 years of mortar, shotcrete or concrete pump machine operation
- Experience in a Sales Role is a plus
- Strong communication skills (i.e., written, verbal, interpersonal) with stakeholders.
- Strong Sales acumen and strong customer focus
- Self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mentality
- High willingness to travel (>50%)
- Spanish is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Mandatory safety training (see “Total Compliance Management” program).

- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to see clearly at close ranges, maintain peripheral vision, and focus on detailed tasks
- This is a remote position, which requires work site visits with all OSHA approved PPE as well as a home office setting
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to noise, dust, and chemicals.
- Safety glasses/goggles must be worn at all times while in designated areas of shop.
