Your Role
- You will follow process and follow up on Sales Orders
- You will build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- You are ambitious to handle customer complaintsby providing appropriate solutons and alternatives with proper follow up
- You will use your knowledge of product, services to answer inquiries from customers
- You are committed to contributing to a positive and friendly working relationship with internal customers
- You have an Associates degree and previous working experience in manufacturing, specific to pharmaceutical preferred
- You have already gained 3 years of experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment
- You have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
